November 30, 2024 - Webchat Editor Final UI Enhancements

• Footer Addition: Added customizable footer section to complete the webchat design elements, allowing for branding and additional information display.
• Avatar Border Options: Introduced transparent border option in the Avatar Settings dropdown, providing more design flexibility for avatar customization.
• Enhanced Dropdown Headers: Updated the UI with new color styling for dropdown section headers, creating better visual hierarchy and improved navigation.

November 29, 2024 - Additional Polishing of the Webchat Editor

• Cleaner Interface: All main settings are now organized into collapsible dropdown menus (e.g., Message Settings, Font Settings, Avatar Settings, Icon Settings, Chat Input Settings). This ensures a more streamlined and user-friendly design.
• Reset Button: A reset button has been added at the bottom of the editor, allowing users to easily revert to default settings with a single click.

November 28, 2024 - Official Launch of the New Webchat Editor

• Header Customization: Fully customize your header with options for text size (default: 18px), text color, solid background colors, height adjustments (default: 60px), text alignment, and corner styles (rounded or squared). Add a custom logo via URL to further personalize your chatbot.
• Chat Area Styling: Apply solid colors or images to the chat area background, set message text size (default: 14px), adjust corner styles (rounded or squared), and customize colors for bot and user messages, including text and background.
• Font Customization: Select from ten font families (Helvetica, Arial, Times New Roman, Georgia, Courier New, Montserrat, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Ubuntu) to match your brand.
• Avatar Configuration: Toggle avatar visibility, adjust avatar size (default: 50px), choose avatar shapes (circle or square), customize border colors, and upload a custom avatar image via URL.
• Icon & Input Area Design: Enable or disable mic and upload icons, set solid background colors for the input area, customize text field background and text colors, and adjust corner styles for seamless design integration.

November 14, 2024 - Entry Point Links Tool Expanded

• Entry Point Links Tool Expanded to include Webchat: Chatbot Builder AI’s Entry Point Links tool now supports creating trackable referral links for the following channels:

• Contacts Page Selection Bug Fixed: Fixed a minor issue where “Select All” appeared to select only 50 contacts; it now correctly selects all as intended.
